Enlighten features a health club, pod hotel, and apartments in distinct geometric forms. The health club occupies the ground levels, while two slim towers - the apartment tower and the pod hotel-rise above it. The apartment tower, oriented south for optimal sunlight, uses shading devices on its southern facade to minimize summer heat and retain winter warmth. The pod hotel faces east, offering Lake Michigan views and showcasing a photochromic glass facade with a randomized pattern complementing the apartment tower’s shading. A skybridge connects the towers, providing amenities for apartment residents. Extended cores on both towers support vertical wind turbines, generating renewable energy. This design balances sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics while maximizing the site’s potential
